TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USING SUMMER HOUSES.

These regulations are designed to ensure the peaceful and safe stay of our guests.

§1
1. The reservation for the booking and rental of the cottage is concluded when the customer pays the deposit to the indicated account number. The remainder of the quota should be given to the owners on arrival.

§2
1.The cost of stay is determined individually for each client and depends on the length of stay, the number of people.
2. The cost of stay includes:
– accommodation with the possibility of using the entire equipment of the cottage,
– bed linen,
– media.
3. On the day of payment of the payment for a stay in justified cases a refundable deposit of PLN 200 may be charged to cover possible damage.

§3
1. Each of the cottages is rented for 24 hours.
2.The hotel room in the cottages starts at 15:00 on the first day and ends at 10:00 on the last day of the stay.
3. The customer determines the length of stay of the cottage and assumes that for such a period of stay there will be no refund of the payment for the duration of stay.
4. It is possible to extend your stay only if you have not booked your previous cottage before.
5.The key collection takes place directly in the object by the owners.
6. On the day of accommodation the user is obliged to pay a climate fee for all persons accommodated in the rented house. The owner of the property accepts a climate tax.

§4
1. The number of people staying in the cottage must correspond to the number of people declared during the tenancy. Being in the object more than the person declared must be preceded by the consent of the owner. In this case, you will be charged an additional fee agreed with the owners.
2. Third parties (not included in the reservation) are prohibited. In exceptional circumstances, the presence of such persons must be agreed with the owner, which may result in additional charges to the customer.
3. The booking party bears full responsibility for the people staying with it.
4. We accept animals provided they do not threaten the person nearby, if they have been notified to the owner when making the reservation. Any damage caused by the animal bears the landlord. In addition, the owners of the animals are obliged to keep their pets clean (in the docks and throughout the property).

§5
1.Applicants must comply with the fire safety regulations and be responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. In the event of technical faults, the customer is asked to notify the owners as soon as possible so that they can react appropriately and act accordingly.
2.The owner is not responsible for any lack of water due to the lack of electricity supply in the outside line and the lack of access to electricity due to the power grid failure.

§ 6
1. There is silence in the area around the cottages from 23.00 to 7.00 the following day.
2. Keeping guests and guests in the service of the cottages should not interfere with the daily rhythm of the life of the neighbors. The owner may refuse to provide further service (including removal from the facility) to a person who violates this policy.

3.We in all cottages are strictly prohibited from smoking and use of open fire.

§ 7
1. When leaving the cottage, the customer should close the door.
2.A car should be parked at a designated place. It is forbidden to move them around the premises. The exception to this rule should be agreed with the owner.
3.The carriage should be brought to its original state before leaving.
4. When leaving the cottage on the day of departure the customer is leaving the cottages to the owner:
– removes and folds bed linen,
– empty trash baskets,
– he informs himself about the damage and finances it,
– passes the key to the owner.
5. ON THE END OF THE STAY HAVING PROOF OF THE OBJECT WITHOUT OURSELVES TO THE OWNERSHIP. The exception to this rule should be agreed with the owner.
6. The client is obliged to use the holiday home according to its properties and purpose. It is advised not to change the beds in the bedrooms. The technical condition of the equipment and the aesthetics of the cottage and its surroundings can not raise any major objections (the customer is required to final cleaning).
7. Customers are fully responsible for any damage and destruction of objects, equipment and technical equipment of the cottage due to their fault.
8.Anything left in the cottages owner is not responsible.

RENTAL RESERVES REGULATIONS.

§1
These Regulations set out the conditions under which you can book and rent cottages. Making a booking is unambiguous with the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. At the time of booking (30% advance payment), the lease agreement is considered as concluded.

§2
The agreed pre-reservation (telephone) must be confirmed by paying the amount of the advance referred to in item 1 within 3 days (the date of entry in the account of the payee). No deposit within the above deadline cancels the pre-reservation.

§3

When making a reservation, the Landlord agrees to the processing of personal data solely for the purpose of making the reservation and the fulfillment of the registration duty in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data. The subscriber has the right to access his / her personal data and update them.

§4

The advance payment by the Lessor means that he accepts the rental rules in question.

§5

The remaining amount for the stay The landlord pays cash on arrival with the key collection.

§6

On arrival, a deposit of PLN 200 is charged, which is refunded on the day of departure after checking the lodge.

§7

In the event of a change of the booking period by the Lessor or the total withdrawal of the stay for reasons beyond our control, the advance shall not be refunded.

§8

The day starts at 15:00 (arrival) and ends at 10:00 (departure).

§9

The landlord is obliged to inform the owner or the person responsible for handing over the keys at the latest one day before arrival if the time of arrival is different from point 7 (14:00)

§10

If you can not reach the agreed hour, is obliged to immediately notify the person responsible for handing over the keys to the telephone.

§11

The landlord is obliged on the day of arrival to settle the entire amount of the stay, even if, for reasons beyond the control of the landlord, the arrival or stay will be delayed or shortened (personal reasons, communication difficulties, strikes, etc.).

§12

In case of shortening of the stay of the Lessor, the amount for the unused period is not returned.

§13

Accommodation and check-out take place in the House in the presence of the owner or authorized person.

§14

In case of exceeding the declared number of persons using the House declared in the registration card (without the consent and knowledge of the owner or authorized person), the owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the agreement with all consequences without reimbursement of the previously paid fee.

§15

The price of services provided by the Homeowner does not cover insurance. Services are at the user’s own risk. For damages, damage and destruction of property (damage caused by the health and property of a third person), also for theft of luggage during the whole recreational stay, the company is not responsible (we advise before arrival to adequately insure).

§16

The landlord upon arrival, but before entering, is obliged to collect the Cottage, ie check furniture, windows, shower cubicle and other appliances located in the cottage. Positive receipt The landlord confirms with his signature under the regulations

§17

Comments on the damage, damage should be reported immediately to the Owner.

§18

The owner allows the possibility of detecting damage. hidden, but only in non-visible elements (such as damaged bed, damaged door to cabinet, etc.).

§19

Lack of comments from the Lessor about such damages within 4 hours after receiving the keys means that the Lessor has no objection to the whole premises and all the equipment and furniture are in the amount consistent with the equipment and in good condition.

§20

The landlord is liable financially for damages caused during the stay of the cottage and agrees that any damage repair, replacement of deficiencies in equipment or remedies are made at his expense.

§21

The house is strictly prohibited from smoking.

§22

Parking is only possible in a designated place or other designated by the Owner.

§23

In the event that the Landlord violates the peace and / or good of the neighbors in a significant way and does not comply with the common standards of intercourse between people, the Landlord reserves the right to terminate the Landlord’s stay at the House and is not obliged to return the money for the unused period of stay.

§24

If, owing to a nighttime silent violation between 23:00 and 7:00, the owner or person responsible for the keys will be required to make a reasonable intervention to call the police, the owner has the right to terminate the contract immediately.

§25

In view of the fire protection requirements in the House, no electric or gas powered appliances or appliances that are not equipped with such fire and / or fire hazards such as electric heaters, radiators, gas burners may be used. It is forbidden to bring flammable materials, explosives and odor materials into the House.

§26

The landlord is not entitled without any prior written consent of the Owner of the premises to make any repairs or make any expenditure or changes in the House. The landlord is obliged to immediately inform the owner of the object about the necessity to make repairs or expenditures.

§27

The landlord is obliged to keep and return the lodge in its existing condition, which includes in particular leaving utensils and kitchen utensils before leaving. Failure to comply with this obligation will result in payment of the remaining deposit as a final cleaning of the House.

§28

The agreement concluded between the Owner and the Landlord does not include the journey, meal or organization of the stay.

§29

The owner is not responsible for the temporary inconvenience of independent suppliers due to, for example, temporary water shortage.

§30

We accept pets upon prior notification of this fact at the time of booking and that they will not threaten or disturb the people living nearby. Any damage caused by pets will be borne by the Lessor.

§31

We do not reply to SMS messages and any information contained therein will be ignored.

§ 32

The law applicable to disputes between the Owner and the Landlord is Polish law. Any disputes will be resolved amicably, and in the event of a misunderstanding the competent court will be the court competent for the registered office of the Owner.
